When you request a free assessment, we collect the business details and email address that you provide. These details are used only to review your business, prepare the requested assessment and contact you about that request.

New requests are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted lead database and then transferred to the owner’s private local management system. We do not ask for patient records, payment-card details or sensitive medical information.

You can ask for correction or deletion by emailing hello@visibleinai.co.uk.
